A cross Sectional Study of CBD users.
We always like to share studies on CBD, who uses it and for what reasons.
Its a survey, so theres no scientific research in this article, but it's interesting to see why people use CBD. The reasoning for using CBD was generally for a medical condition (61.56%), whilst the remainder of the surveyed group chose "General health and well-being" (38.44%).
Furthermore, the odds of using CBD to treat a medical condition were 1.65 (95% confidence interval [CI], 1.39–1.97) times greater among women than among men and this increased higher with age. So whats interesting is more women are open to using CBD oils, CBD eliquids or other CBD products than men and this actually increased with the persons age.
Number of medical conditions for which respondents reported using CBD, by medical condition (n=3963). CBD, cannabidiol; COPD, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; PTSD, post-traumatic stress disorder.
